An exceptional exhibition quality satinwood console table the top having intricate fan inlays to the centre from exotic timbers, emphasised by the splayed fanned maple veneers to the top, bordered by fine entwined ribbon and floral inlays crossbanded in kingwood; above the swag and bow inlaid and penwork frieze centred by a single draw mahogany lined drawer with two brass cast ormolu knob handles; standing on columns decorated with urns and floral sprays, with slender square tapering legs and spade feet - bearing ceramic plaque to the inside drawer "Spillman & Co, St Martins Lane, London".
